Q -Why K-9 Dynamics?

A - We are a professional group of trainers and operators with extensive Law Enforcement experience. We have a solid foundation and diverse experience in both the training of, and real-life deployments of professional working dogs. The products we retail are based upon the practical demands of working dogs, their handlers and trainers. Our products have been selected to meet the highest standards and most demanding needs for every day training and operations. We firmly believe in keeping it simple, user friendly, practical, and offer top quality to every trainer and handler.

Q - Is K-9 Dynamics a storefront location or an internet store?

A - We are an internet store and warehouse location. We started this business in 2009 and wanted to keep overhead to a minimum - keep prices reasonable and competitive with other retailers in the market. Thus we chose to operate the store out of a warehouse location. Additionally, the principals at K-9 Dynamics are both full-time serving law enforcement officers and a storefront will not work for us at this time. However, we do remain flexible and welcome customers by appointment if they wish to see the equipment prior to purchase.

 

- Are your items in stock and ready to ship?

 

A - We stock virtually every item and product that you see on this website. Orders are processed and shipped daily to customers world-wide. There are instances when we may be sold-out of a product however these out-of-stock items are always on order with one of our many manufacturers. Please understand that sometimes re-stock is completely out of our control and we would be happy to answer any inquiries related to when we expect a product.  

 

If I select "in-store pick up" at checkout for my shipping option, what does this mean?

 

A - In Store Pick up means that you wish to attend either our warehouse location in Orillia or the UPS Store in Orillia, to pick up your order. Both of these options will need to be coordinated with staff to ensure timings. This does NOT mean we will send the order to a post office near you for you to pick up. 

 

Q - What companies do you ship your orders with?

 

A - We have teamed up with UPS as our primary shipping partner. We also have ability to quote and deliver large orders at reasonable rates.
 

 

QDo you have shipping restrictions on items?

- Yes there are some shipping restrictions on a limited number of items we stock. Each item is identified as such. For example:  we must confirm an individual’s employment before we ship any product with a law enforcement designation.  

 

Q - Do we ship to APO/FPO addresses?

 

A - Absolutely! Make sure when you’re ordering an item you know that it’s exportable and follow U.S. Export ITAR Laws.
 

 

Q - Do you offer special pricing for agency, government and business orders?

A - We specialize in providing quotes to government agencies and businesses. We’re extremely competitive and very hard to beat on large orders.  We take extreme pride for fast communication and execution on orders. For quotes contact us.

 

- Do you offer a military, law enforcement or individual discounts?

 

A - Our prices are adjusted to offer everyone across the board an excellent price savings. For individual small orders under $500 it is extremely difficult for us to discount the products any further than we already have done. Go ahead and compare our pricing with our competitors!

 

Q - What is our Return Policy?

  • All return requests must be made within 14 days upon receipt of shipment.  Please contact Customer Service at 866.766.2626 or [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • All returns due to error by K9 Dynamics will have any and all fees waived without question.
